Successful applicants will:
· be educated to at least degree level standard with a minimum of 5 GCSEs
· have an eye for design and visual composition, and an attention to detail
· display a proficiency with graphics packages including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
· be organised and time-efficient, and unaffected by high pressure scenarios
· demonstrate strong communication skills with clients and colleagues alike
· fit in with a down-to-earth company ethos.
Helpful skills include:
· a talent for illustration and producing creative concepts
· working knowledge of the print, music and/or manufacturing industries
· a familiarity with reprographics and various printing methods
· proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Main responsibilities after training include processing client files for production, full design setups from client brief to finished print-ready format, and liaising with clients to provide packaging and design solutions and providing quotations for requested products.

• Full ongoing training provided
• 37.5 hours a week, 4 weeks holiday per annum
• Starting salary £15000 - £18000 based on aptitude and previous life and work experience
• Annual bonus scheme and pension scheme available after a qualifying period.
