Print to the reverse, the uncoated side of the card. With a lack of finish, the paper will absorb the ink to a higher degree and have that beloved organic paper feel.
This is ideal for those that want to go for a more natural, rustic feel or get a vintage look to their sleeves.
Please note this might not be suitable for designs with dark colours.

A super high gloss finish. Gloss lamination makes colours super vibrant. The easiest comparison to gloss lamination is think classic photo paper or a glossy magazine cover.
You get that shine and it really brings out the colours in a design. A thin polypropylene film is heat-fused to the printed surface forming a layer of protective coating while also improving its sturdiness and water resistance.
Recycled Eco Gloss Lamination is also available.

Gloss ultraviolet-cured coatings are applied over the printed surface and dried by exposure to UV light.
Gloss UV Varnish is extremely reflective and glossy, deepening and enriching the ink colours.

A super high matt finish to get the smoothest sleeves around.
As with gloss lamination, a thin polypropylene film is heat-fused to the printed surface forming a layer of protective coating while also improving its sturdiness and water resistance. Matt lamination also improves the tactile feel of the of the printed surface, lending it a smooth finish.

Make your record stand the test of time with this extremely durable finish.
Especially useful and highly recommended for applying a matt finish to darker coloured or white sleeves where scuffs and scratches would otherwise tend to show.

Sometimes a varnish isn’t applied to the entire surface but only used to make certain elements standout. This is called a spot gloss varnish.
A great way to make certain features of your artwork stand out and look striking.
Get a silver, gold or rainbow effect on your outer sleeve with metallic lamination. With the use of colour ink, we can also turn silver to gold, bronze and all the colours of the rainbow.
One of the coolest finishes out there in our humble opinion.
Hot foiling is a metallic foil that is applied to products using a metal die, high heat and pressure.
Objects should have a minimum width of 0.3mm and a minimum gap of at least 0.5mm between objects to avoid ‘fusing’ or filling in (for example, the holes in ‘a’ ‘e’ ‘d’ etc). The foiling process also debosses the card slightly, adding a metallic dimension.
Embossing and Debossing is the process of pressing your sleeve using a metal die with high pressure, to create areas raised above the surface (embossed) and depressed into the surface (debossed).
