Having pressed their entire catalogue to date and been fortunate enough to witness their riotous and energetic live show first-hand, DMS take great pleasure able to share the news that Chainska Brassika have been nominated for ‘Best Live Performer’ at the Association of Independent Music (AIM) Awards 2023.
From the festival fields of Glastonbury, Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Kendal Calling, Isle of Wight and Shambala, to opening for Madness on 10 stadium dates, or almost tearing everyone's favourite independent venue apart with their wild blend of ska and reggae, Chainska Brassika put on one incredible live show.

The World Reggae Champions latest album ‘Tales of a Londoner’ comprises a record of hard hitting ska anthems, blazing horn lines and classic geezer vocals; refining their renowned energetic live show with a studio prowess, aided by producer Grippa Laybourne of The Hempolics and put onto tape by Prince Fatty - to bring a fresh, new wave version of classic British ska.
‘Tales of a Londoner’ comes on classic 12” 140g Black vinyl, with a lovely spined outer sleeve depicting the band's familiar London skyline. The vinyl is paired with a 6 Panel Digipack with the 3 panels and a clear CD tray, utilising the additional space for artwork.
Chainska's back catalogue of physical releases includes two 12" vinyl releases, Harry J Business and Tales of a Londoner, a 7" single Don't You Try feat Toots Hibbert and all 3 albums, Skinna, Harry J Business and Tales of a Londoner on CDs in 6 Panel Digipacks, all proudly manufactured by DMS.
